    Information and Communications Technology Department

    Main duties of the Information and Communications Technology Department:

    • Development and maintenance of judicial IT infrastructure and infrastructure services;
    • Development and maintenance of software and hardware, applications and databases, as well as of the systems for upgrading the security of the Judicial Information System;
    • Procurement and installation of necessary ICT equipment for the HJPC BiH and the Judicial Information System of BiH, and preparation of regulations for its use governing the development, administration, maintenance and use of the Judicial Information System;
    • Cooperation with other institutions at all levels of government in BiH in order to establish a system for data exchange, design and implementation of electronic services intended for citizens, legal and other entities;
    • Ensuring the use of and customer support for the Judicial Information System and all its components;
    • Ensuring the development, updating and maintenance of relevant judicial databases and judicial web portals;
    • Support to standing committees and other working bodies of the HJPC BiH;
    • Participating in midterm planning, annual programming, monitoring and reporting within the HJPC BiH;
    • Identifying, developing and implementing new and improved IT solutions to support the development of the Secretariat of the HJPC BiH and realisation of the set goals of the HJPC BiH;
    • Other tasks arising from the competence of the Department and other duties as assigned by the Director of the HJPC Secretariat.
